Director of Marketing & Communications

Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community is currently seeking a passionate and innovative marketing professional to join our leadership team as Director of Marketing.

The primary responsibilities of this important role is to create, develop and oversee both internal and external communications that encourage, promote and cause others to desire to be part of Quarryville.

This position requires dependability, initiative and the desire to be a part of a team that's main focus is to bring our Mission to life for our team and residents:
                To provide for the spiritual, physical, emotional and social needs of our residents through high                   quality facilities, services and personal care in a manner faithful to the Bible and honoring our                   Lord, Jesus Christ.

Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday, occasional weekends for events

Compensation: $72,000-$98,000 depending upon experience

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote residential living and supportive services
  • Plan, coordinate and evaluate promotional events and campaigns that drive engagement, visibility, and qualified sales leads
  • Oversee creation of marketing and communications materials including digital and print collateral, newsletters, advertising copy and broadcast scripts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Leadership and Teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, regional partners and peer organizations, while monitoring competitive activity and market trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Markting, Communications or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience, preferably in the CCRC or related industry

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills-both written and oral
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and digital media platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and data to drive marketing strategy and performance
  • Strong project management, organization, and leadership skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Creative, strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
